These terms apply when you use the Bik Brik app, website, support, or related services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Accounts
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Reference values, scores, and forecasts
Catalog details, reference prices, buy-priority scores, retirement timing, theme history, and statistical forecasts may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are collection-management references only, not financial, investment, tax, or resale advice, and not a promise of value or return. You make every purchase or sale decision at your own risk.
3. Camera recognition
Recognition returns candidates, not a guarantee. Confirm the set or minifigure number before adding, buying, or selling an item. Only submit images you have the right to use. Do not submit faces, private documents, payment details, or unlawful material.
4. Third-party data and services
Bik Brik may use catalog, image, price, or product information from Rebrickable, Brickset, BrickLink, BrickEconomy, Brickognize, and other named sources. Availability and accuracy depend on those providers. Their terms may also apply. Bik Brik does not claim ownership of third-party catalog content.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or resell the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, automate abusive requests, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or use Bik Brik to infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict or suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.
6. Intellectual property and trademarks
Bik Brik’s original software, editorial copy, name, and design are protected by applicable law. Product names, images, data, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site or app.
“BrickLink” is a trademark of BrickLink, Inc. Bik Brik uses BrickLink data or APIs but is not endorsed or certified by BrickLink, Inc.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features, providers, limits, and supported devices may change. We may perform maintenance or stop a feature where required by law, provider terms, security, or technical constraints.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bik Brik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, third-party data, or a purchase or sale decision. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
9. Governing law and contact
